I made quite an interesting find while perusing the aisles of my local liquor store a few weeks ago and just had to give it a try!
I’m talking about Peppermint Bark Rumchata. Sold.
Once I got this beautiful bottle of Christmas joy home I began wondering what else I had in the house to pair it with.
The addition of some whipped cream vodka was an easy and obvious choice, but what else?
I had read many recipes including half and half which was an option. I had also seen a lot of people using peppermint schnapps in their drinks (which I certainly did not have). I was shutting the fridge door when out the corner of my eye I saw it!
Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer!
To my surprise, my first go around at a delicious combo was spot-on.
All you’ll need…
– 1 shot of Peppermint Bark Rumchata
– 1 shot of Whipped Cream Vodka
– 1 shot of Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer.
Garnish with Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup and crushed candy cane rim!
